Children with a CASA are…

More likely to succeed in school

Less likely to re-enter the foster care system

More likely to find safe, permanent homes

More likely to feel hopeful about their future

Our advocates make sure every need is noticed.
Every voice is heard. Every child matters.

In Solano County, the number of children entering foster care continues to rise—but we don’t have enough CASAs to serve them all. Each trained volunteer makes it possible to remove a child from a waitlist and bring them into a circle of care, consistency, and advocacy.

Because when one person shows up, everything can change.

Volunteers aren’t just appreciated, they’re essential.

Our CASA volunteers are the heart of everything we do. They show up for children in foster care when no one else does. They listen, advocate, and stand beside children in courtrooms, schools, and homes, ensuring that every child’s voice is heard and their needs are met.

"The universe hand-picked you to be the voice for this specific child. Be brave, be bold, and speak your truth with kindness and respect. It will change lives. Sometimes slowly. Sometimes it is a winding road that seems to lead nowhere for a while. Stick with it."
