Erryn Eckardt
Executive Director (They/Them)
Erryn brings nearly 30 years of social work experience and 18 years in nonprofit leadership to CASA of Solano County. Their career spans homelessness services, child protection, and advocacy for survivors of violence, including leadership roles with the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP) and the Buckeye Region Anti-Violence Organization (BRAVO).With a Master of Social Work from Spalding University, Erryn has also provided national training in cultural competency and workplace wellness. Their work reflects a deep commitment to advocacy, community empowerment, and building healthy environments where staff, volunteers, and children can thrive.

Angelina Hardy
Program Manager (She/Her)
Angie serves as Program Manager at CASA of Solano County, where she oversees and supports advocates and advocate supervisors working to make a difference in the lives of children in foster care. With a passion for service and a strong commitment to the community, Angie ensures that every child has a voice and the consistent support they deserve.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix with a certification in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Her background in both nonprofit and business sectors provides a valuable perspective on leadership, innovation, and community impact.

Ysabel Peralta
Office Manager (She/They)
Ysa serves as Office Manager at CASA of Solano County, overseeing the Children’s Waiting Room and CASA Store while providing administrative support and continuing to supervise a small caseload of volunteers. She first joined CASA in 2022 as a Case Advocate Supervisor, primarily supporting volunteers working with older teens and NMDs.
Ysa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Sciences from California State University, Sacramento, and an Associate’s degree in Education and Administration of Justice from Napa Valley College. With a strong background in supervision, customer service, and hospitality, she brings valuable skills in communication and relationship building to her role.

Alonnah Carter
Case Advocate Supervisor (She/Her)
As an Advocate Supervisor, Alonnah oversees and supports CASA volunteers who stand alongside children in foster care. She is dedicated to guiding advocates in their work, ensuring youth receive the consistent support and advocacy they deserve.
Alonnah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Santa Fe University of Art and Design. She has contributed to Office of Refugee Resettlement projects focused on unaccompanied migrant children, served as a Resident Advocate for survivors of domestic violence, and worked extensively in social services. With compassion, empathy, and optimism, she brings both experience and heart to her role at CASA.

Dayjohanna Jones
Children’s Waiting Room Supervisor (She/Her)
Dayjohnna serves as Supervisor of the Children’s Waiting Room at CASA of Solano County, where she ensures a safe and nurturing space for children while their parents attend court proceedings. She manages daily operations and coordinates engaging activities that provide comfort and stability during what can often be a stressful time.
A former foster youth who was supported by a CASA volunteer, Dayjohnna brings both personal insight and professional childcare experience to her role. Her background gives her a deep understanding of children’s needs and a strong commitment to creating a reassuring, supportive environment for every child in her care.

Lucy Murov
Case Supervisor Advocate (She/Her)
Lucy serves as a Case Advocate Supervisor at CASA of Solano County, supporting volunteers who stand alongside children in foster care. A former CASA volunteer herself, she is deeply committed to ensuring every child has a consistent voice and strong advocacy.
Lucy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from CSU East Bay and has worked as both a Housing Navigator and Case Manager for former foster youth in a THP+ program. As a Bay Area native and passionate prison abolitionist, she is dedicated to ending the foster care-to-prison pipeline and uplifting the voices of the youth she supports.

Doriss Panduro
Outreach Coordinator (She/Her)
As Outreach Coordinator, Doriss helps ensure CASA of Solano County is known and supported throughout the community. She leads recruitment efforts to connect caring adults with opportunities to serve as CASA volunteers, helping change the lives of children in foster care.
Doriss brings extensive public relations and community leadership experience, including serving as the past President of the Solano Hispanic Chamber and as a Board member for APAPA-Solano Chapter and the North Bay Human Development Corporation. She also serves as Fairfield's City Council Member for District 5. Doriss holds a Bachelor of Arts from USC and a Master’s in Public Affairs from the University of San Francisco.

Maricela Hernandez
Case Advocate Supervisor (She/Her)
Maricela serves as an Advocate Supervisor at CASA of Solano County, where she supports volunteers working directly with children in foster care. She is passionate about ensuring every child has a voice and receives the advocacy, safety, and care they deserve. Her expertise in child development, along with her compassion and attention to detail, guides her commitment to CASA’s mission.
A Solano County native, Maricela earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development with a minor in Education from UC Davis. Her background as a teacher and after-school coordinator strengthened her communication, cultural competency, and leadership skills, which she now brings to supporting CASA volunteers and youth.
